The goal here is to make all of you aware of any egregious
offenders while at the same time allowing the normal flow of
business to occur along with any mistakes caused by no direct ill
intentions.
Positive reviews will be posted as
well as negative, and we will be leaning toward the extremes. With these guidelines
in mind, any vendor who receives 3 positive postings will receive a 3 star rating, 5 positive posting will yield 4 stars, and 8+ will yield a five star rating from Krooked Stix.com.
Similarly any company with 4 negative postings will receive 1
broken club, 6 negative postings will yield a 2 broken club
rating, and 8 negative postings will yield a 3 broken club rating
and depending on the nature of the complaints may be removed from
this website.
The best approach to this issue is to assume from the start that all vendors advertising here will possess the utmost ethics and no negative histories will occur. If that is not the case, then this system is in place to safeguard the consumer should the need arise.
